You can request a delivery address change by contacting our support at fedEx@profitmonitoring.org. Please do this before the shipment is out for delivery. Address changes may incur additional fees.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact FedEx Customer Service within 60 days of the shipment date to file a claim. Take photos of the damage for documentation.
You can schedule a pickup online through your FedEx account or by calling 1-800-463-3339. Pickups are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Same-day pickup may be available in some areas.
FedEx operates on most holidays with modified hours. Please check our website for specific holiday schedules. Some services may be unavailable on major holidays like Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
International shipments can be tracked using the same tracking number on our website. Please note that tracking updates may be less frequent for international shipments until they reach the destination country.
FedEx Express: 150 lbs per package. FedEx Ground: 150 lbs per package. For heavier shipments, special arrangements must be made. Dimensions also apply to size restrictions.
